More about the Hotel:

• CHECK-IN: 4:00PM (While every effort will be made to accommodate guests arriving earlier, Room (s) may not be immediately available).
• CHECKOUT: By Noon.
• RESERVATIONS: All reserved guest rooms are guaranteed for late arrival to each individual. “No-Shows” will be billed for the first night’s stay to the guest with a personal credit card provided. Individual cancellation of guest rooms must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. After 08/26/16 which time your block of rooms will be released and reservations will be based on availability at the guest room rate applicable for that time.
• NOTE: The Hotel also does not allow alcohol to be brought in from the outside to the ballroom Sat night.
  This is according to the Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission of Texas.
  If any outside alcoholic beverage is found at an event at the Hotel, the Hotel staff has the right to confiscate the alcohol.
• INTERNET: The Hotel provides complimentary high-speed Internet services in the guest rooms as well as the common areas and meeting space of the Hotel.
• TRANSPORTATION: Reservations for transportation from either Hobby or Bush Intercontinental Airports must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival and are based upon availability for a fee.   The Hotel contracts with Express Clear Lake that provides transportation to and from Hobby and Bush Intercontinental Airports as well as other off site transportation.

  NOTE: Charges for transportation cannot be placed on your master account at the Hotel.
  ** If for any reason a guest is missed at the airport on a scheduled pick-up, neither the Hotel nor Houston Party Boats is responsible for alternate transportation reimbursement.
• GOLF: Registered hotel guests have the privilege of playing golf at South Shore Harbour Country Club. The current green fees including cart and tax:  Friday through Sunday $70.20 inclusive of tax. Individuals may contact the Hotel Bell stand directly. Groups of 8 players or more are required to pay with one (1) credit card for the entire group. Please provide the golf shop a list of your golfers’ names and handicaps seven (7) days prior to play. This number will be used as a guarantee for your group and you will be responsible for payment of your guarantee. Any changes need to be made directly with the golf shop. For individual players, golf cannot be billed back to the guest room. Transportation to and from the golf course is the responsibility of the group. All major credit cards are accepted. The course also requires that all golfers wear “soft spike” or “spike less” shoes.
• FITNESS CENTER- The Hotel is affiliated with South Shore Harbour Fitness Center and Bella Vita Day Spa that is located in a separate 130,000 square foot building within walking distance of the Hotel. As a guest of the Hotel and upon request, the Hotel is pleased to offer a maximum of 2 complimentary passes per day for each occupied guest room.
  The Spa is also based on request and availability and separate fees are associated with these services.
